Breast Composition
Breasts are made from adipose and glandular tissue, milk ducts, blood vessel, nerves and lymphatic conducts; all they covered with skin. Under there is the major pectoral muscle, principal referring to the placement of the implant; if it’s done above it it’s called sub-glandular, if its under it, it’s called sub-muscular.Techniques:
1. Periareolar incision
Dr. Walter Rodriguez does a under breast areola incision, placing the prosthesis under the major pectoral muscle (making a selective relaxation of muscle fibers) with a calculated approximation of the breast. This way we obtain the delicate symmetry with a naturan and harmonious contour.

2. Sub-mammary incision
The prostheses is placed under mammary glands or under the muscle obtaining this way a natural result. This procedure can short the surgery length and recovery time too.
