He recently attended the Brazilian Congress, in January in Las Vegas and previously in Chile, Argentina and Mexico.
1. Facial Fat implant
The facial rejuvenation implies the redisposition of the facial profile; this means that we re-inject an auto graft of facial fat on the face, forehead, nasolabial fold, cheeks, cheekbones, and in the jaw. Besides this fat have mother cells that improve skin smoothness and quality and is only used by patients older than 30 years.
2. Mini Lifting with Fat
This procedure is used on 40-50 years old patients. It consist on a minimal incision on the temporary zone , later on we put gauze to recover the facial contour.
3. Lifting with Short Scars
This facial surgery technique have a tridimensional face point of view with shorts scars complemented with an injection of autologous facial fat:a) Minimal Incision at pin level, behind the auricular pavilion
b) Suspension of the face and neck muscles that gives more technical duration
c) Restoration of facial volume:
- Fat injection on cheeks, eyelids, cheek bones and lips restoring the facial profile volume (Dr. Sydney Coleman Technique, New York, 2009) - In some cases its complemented with blepharoplasty and liposuction of the neck
Mother Cells
The face, at being injected with fat recover the facial contour and give mother cells which make the tissues regenerate themselves and improves the production of collagen increasing circulation and improving the facial dermis obtaining a younger and smoother skin. This way we obtain a facial rejuvenation with:
